BG rewards eligibility

quick question on battleground rewards. Have a player that is in the ally for the entire battlegrounds season that just ended. If I kick them before rewards drop will they still be able to receive the ally rewards for their contribution? Or do I need to wait for rewards to drop before kicking them. Goal is to let them collect the rewards they earned.

Kick them after they received the rewards, even though it seems logical everyone in the alliance would receive the alliance bg rewards at the same time, they don't.

Like everyone said, if you kick them before rewards, they won't get the Alliance rewards.

I mean I may not have qualified I got 147000
