Bug in AQ fight

Today I experienced a weird problem in AQ Map 8. Section 1, at the beginning of the path leading toward the right side, the first shared fight which was Human Torch. The modifier for the day is Dawn of Protection, and I was using Hercules with the Broken Measures bonus buff.
The nodes for the fight are Enhanced SP1, Power Focus 1, and Special Lock 1 (passive), which is only supposed to lock your power bar AFTER reaching 1 bar of power. The problem is, that I never reached a full power bar the whole fight. The power just completely stopped gaining right before being able to activate a SP1, only gained a full bar of power on the last hit of the fight to KO Human Torch.
