WHY NO COMPLETION!?

I did the path already, but my special objective didn't show as complete. I've had to waste an extra KEY to do the same path again to complete the objective.

WHY!?

You can defeat them “in any mode”. Why waste a key trying to beat them in the side quest? Duel, arena, EQ/story…you’ve got options and you unfortunately chose a bad one.

I get that, but you're missing the point of me already completing the path once, so why didn't the objective complete!?

Was he the boss of that path when you first ran it. Because the final fights change with every entry.

Nope, those look like the ZONE 2 (AV - Duck) and (Storm - Senturian) paths.

But @318Chubz , those paths being in Zone 2, but the Objectives you showed came out in 2nd week (to get hints to unlock Zone 3).
I’ll bet you ran those paths already during 1st week (zone 1 and 2 could have all been run during week 1), but then those objectives didn’t come out until 2nd week.

So you have to fight some Storm / Duck again (look for Duel Target lists, or elsewhere in other quests), *AFTER* those objectives became available.

Objectives don’t work retrospectively.
Meeting an objective’s criteria before it becomes available, doesn’t make it valid for when it appears.
You need to meet the criteria after the objective appears.
Also these objectives don’t have to be done in the side quest.
Beating the targeted champ in any mode counts, just Kabam have put the targets on each path on side quest to make easier for players 😉
