Old featured crystal from CLEAR OUT crystal : ticket ?

I got an old featured instead of a new/current featured, shall I raise a ticket and give me the new one ?

The clear out crystal is just a reskinned banquet crystal. All the drops are the same as from the banquet which is why it is the old featured.

It’s called a clear out, that implies getting rid of anything left over, not selling ‘current’ stock.
