Should he be banned?

My friend has two devices, a mobile phone, and a tablet at home. One day, an ally reminded him that he hadn't deployed any defenses yet. He used a tablet, and later played AW on his mobile phone, and today he was banned. Is this reasonable?

Once again, he is really a very good mcoc player, because he usually teaches us a lot of operation.

I play on two devices all the time. That's not why he was banned.

Can you use one device to set up defense, and then use another device to play AW?

I also have two devices. One day my allies called me to move forward. I forgot to use another device. I entered AW. Shouldn’t this kind of title also be banned?

U can use 10 devices if u want, thats not against TOS.
Unless hes placing his champions on defence in lets say Europe and then somehow magically logs in from USA to same account he will get banned for account sharing.
If he wasn’t sharing account that means he was hacking
If you're using a vpn, you would be popping out at different locations.

For this situation, there is another practical example. A while ago, the network has been unstable. Some people will use something called a mobile game accelerator to stabilize the network. Is this also illegal?

I was once banned for using two devices, but that was at a point where I moved around a lot in a short space of time so I used them in different locations/on different networks. I can understand that that those circumstances kind of "fooled the system" into thinking I was someone else logging into my account.

However, just having two devices at home shouldn't be a banable offense, just as having two accounts on the same device isn't. If he was banned, it was probably for something else. Since Kabam doesn't tell you why you're banned, it can be hard to know what you've done wrong. It's even harder to know what you friend was banned for.

However, he'll be back in the game soon enough. If he isn't, well, then he got banned for something serious anyway.

There is another friend beside me. He has multiple devices. Because of the unstable network, he also used a mobile game accelerator. In the same AW game, he used multiple devices to play AW. He was also blocked today.

Using an accelerator probably falls into the same banable offense category as using an emulator.

Did the official staff talk about this issue?

What is a "mobile game accelerator"? I've never even heard of it before.

I had to google it and it looks like it just optimized the phone. Shouldn’t really be an issue

We have known each other for more than six years, I trust him, so couldn't this incident be some misidentification by kabam?

It's like the game turbo or performance booster.
Clean cache, memory optimisation, cpu usage, stops notifications. Nothing against tos.
Most Androids are coming with gaming performance app installed in them these days.

It can be, but the forums isn’t the place to solve the problem, nor will you find helpful information here as I’m sure has already been clear to you.
Your friend can raise a ticket with Kabam support. There is a very slim chance that the suspension/ban was unwarranted and could be a mistake, but it is far more likely that your friend was doing something they’re not willing to admit (or perhaps don’t know/think is wrong) and Kabam’s actions are rightful.
There’s no grace for cheating to be found here on the forums and when people come in with excuses (like using 2 different devices) it is often either a poor attempt at trying to hide the nefarious behavior they were banned for or they are simply unaware that their actions are against ToS because they never bothered to read and understand them or they think their actions only affect them and not the whole of the player base. Regardless of knowledge or intent, breaking ToS is wrong and can and should result in bans.
Tell your friend to reach out to support. They can review individual accounts there and determine if the ban is correct, including giving details on why it took place. Then you’ll know the truth.

    Your friend is a cheater.
The ban wave happened yesterday mostly targeted cheater Legends of incursions. And those bans have nothing to do with multiple devices. I use 2 devices too.

You are really rude and impolite. I have said it many times. He can broadcast that for us If necessary, he usually sends us a lot of videos he playing all kinds of fights
Probably ur friend is not using any mods. But if took any help from a modder to carry him in last month incursion for legend title, then he would get a temporary or perma ban for sure. Check out this post on yesterday’s ban wave-

This is pointless. If he was banned, he should be out on the forums defending himself, rather than letting you defend for him.

Shouldn’t be out on the forums at all as this isn’t the place for the discussion, but yes, should be defending themselves by reaching out to support.

Happy to see this is happening. Doesn’t happen for no reason.

This but I have it installed on three different devices in case of emergencies.

I've played for several years on as many as 4 different devices at a time. And I'd sometimes use all 4 devices in same day and this went on for many years without ever a single issue.

I know people want to trust their "friends" but as others have said, I can pretty much guarantee he is either lying to you or leaving out a really big piece of information.
