No Foolin’ Pool’s Clip issue still happening!

It’s been over a month now and two updates to the game and I’m still having this issue on this account when I log into the game. The clip from the No Foolin Pool’s Gold event is still popping up every time I log in to the game. PLEASE FIX THIS KABAM, PLEEEEASE!! I dont want to have to submit another ticket trying to remember when I started playing this game and date of my dead grandma’s birth! It’s not fair that We the players of this game have to go through all this every time to report an issue with your game!

Lol, when my old email got changed, I spent 4 to 5 days on changing my email address. However, I was able to change my banking info in just a few minutes. I figure many people have lost accounts due to these security measures versus a simple secondary account verfication system.

This happens to me every single time I switch accounts, and I have to force close the game and reopen it to get on, it's annoying for sure.

No It’s not friend. This clip happened at the end of the event No Foolin’ Pool event from April 1. I have started three account and have been playing this game since 2018.

I've been playing since 2015, I think I know what the intro cutscene to the game is.

Also you can go to your settings and find cutscenes and click the prologue one and you'll find it is the introductory cutscene
