'If we provide players compensation'. Hmm doesn't look promising in addressing the issue. @Kabam, please make sure to correct our milestone scores before the event ends. We do want to contribute to our ally score for better rewards, not just receive compensation for ourselves.
Looks to me that the ticket should not be solved but kept open until something is done, like in the "in-game" message... From a helpdesk perspective it is a very cheap way of getting a high score of "solved" tickets imo...
Same Issue. I also bought 10 Paragon crystals and opened them at once, but the server stopped and bounced off the game. When I logged on again and checked, the side event score was not added. Please check and solve this problem

I agree! But desperation mode is getting the best of me now!

I'm not holding up much hope personally since I didn't receive any of the Cavs after bauble bug, but an alliance mate who bought 5 just before bauble event ended got 5...

I have no idea how many thousands of point I'm missing, but it's quite alot and I would be ideal to get them corrected sooner rather then later so I can see where I stand and how many more crystals I have to open to get certain milestones.
Credit where it's due, and Kabam Jax deserves credit for their response.
However the support team responding in the way they have is shocking.
A copy and paste reply and a poor one at that.
To acknowledge issues raised by paying customers as a known issue, and to then say they don't have information on any potential compensation (when people aren't asking for compensation, they just want the issue resolved whilst the event is ongoing), and to then state that they are setting the ticket as resolved as they currently have no more information to share.... That is a sure way to lose customers.
Just fyi, we need points as compensation, so we can figure out if we ll spend any more units on paragon crystals or not, to get to the next milestone. Because I m not buying any, especially since Odins cost now 115 euros instead of 100.

can we expect a small short in game mail stating the changes per account. so we are aware of who was corrected and so we can know who did not get adjustments?

While this would be nice to have, it would be an exceptional amount of work to send a personalized in-game message to each account with a different, specific number to update. There is no automated process in place for this, which is why we don't typically send this type of in-game mail for other corrections.

This just happened to me (opened paragon crystals and didn’t earn points towards the solo event), so please let them know it’s still occurring. I assume this probably has to do with all the featured crystals being opened today.
I’m going to submit a support ticket now, but there are only a few days left in the event…
