Missing Progress In Event And Side Quest Objectives After Reaching Paragon

I’ve finally made it to paragon and was glad to see the seasonal objectives updated to show me the paragon specific ones. However these new objectives have not accounted for the progress I have already achieved before reaching paragon. I’ve 100% completed the event question on TB difficulty but have not completed the corresponding objective, and the same is true for the side quest too. I will include images below. Any help in solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

They don’t count retroactively.
Some people pressing their case to Support have been lucky and have gotten Support to reward them afterwards, but it has been this way for the many months now ever since they began having progression-based Objectives.
