Battlegrounds Compensation and Overflow

It's great that Kabam is going to refund items spent during Battlegrounds when latency spikes made it highly unstable, which they describe here. The compensation is for latency issues across 5 days, which is a long time for BGs as we can spend a lot on elder's marks. But for many of us, it's impossible to re-spend all that energy and elder's marks again in a short time, especially if the compensation drops when BGs are not live.
So how will Kabam address that these compensation items will, for many, go into overflow?

However its been more than 60 days and there has been no compensation for it.
Since season 8 post doesnt cover season5 and season6 compensation I would really appreciate a response from Kabam officials on this.
I guess they found this is effective in getting those submitting tickets to drop the issue for the time being and stop arguing with support. Most likely because most support agents for most companies are third party contractors that bill the company based on number or length of interactions. So Kabam provides support with copy pasta to drive that number down.
It doesn’t mean you WILL get compensation. I imagine support is not privy to information about compensation.
Its been around 100 days and no solution nor update.
I reached out to support again and they have told to wait.
how long does one have to wait? 100+ days?
@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit can you update on this plz?
They have given out Comp's for a variety of things over the course of BattleGrounds.
But in general (which I think is your complaint), there has been, currently still is, and will likely continue to be, issues related to lost fights (disconnect/forfeit/etc), that basically is a by-product of trying to do too much in the game, with something that now requires synchronous 2-player interaction with the servers.
And where because some lower end devices, or even higher end ones in which your system gets overloaded with memory usage, internal cache usage, memory leak, etc, will continue to have effects on devices.
If I ever have watched a youtube video and then try to go do some AW or an Arena stretch, my device would always seem to crash in game. Similar for BattleGrounds.
When there had been things up and beyond this “unfortunate normal”, they seem to have given out stuff to help offset that.
So what is it you think you are still missing ?
The support ticket response was this
"At this time, we are only able to let you know that we do not have any additional information to share about potential compensation for these issues you experienced during Battlegrounds Season 5 and 6. Any updates or new information about this would first be shared in the forums, making that a good resource to check periodically."
For issues of season5 and season6 I think it been very long time without any official update on my case.
