Escape from titan! Level 4

I recently beat grandmaster and became thronebreaker.
While I was still cavalier I 100% escape from the titan threat level 4 episode 1.
Whenever I upgraded to thronebreaker I unlocked the 100% challenge for threat level 4 episode 1,2,3,4
My 100% for episode 1 is not showing on the challenge as complete, but it is complete? Any help would be appreciated.
