    For me the answer is always Dr Strange. We were promised that he would still be a top champ after the nerf. They may not have meant to lie. Possibly they thought he really would still be a top champ. But they should have felt an obligation to make good on it after it was clear he was worthless.

    He didn't deserve to be treated like gutter trash.
    They lied straight up when they said such words about Strange.
    Top champ, pft. He was made bottom of the barrel of his class at the time of the nerf.
