    Shang Chi is like a swiss army knife. Good for every occasion but even with that killer sp2, he isnt going to out speed the other two.

    Best bet is CGR for speed as attacker. Kingpin is not far behind and does attack plus has come oit on top on each of the 7 season nodes of battlegrounds. I would say Kingpin is best choice based on your requiremrnts

    CGR is a better BGs attacker than the other two since he is faster, but KP is a better BGs rank up overall, because except for good attacker, he is also a good defender.
    We all know that at BGs it’s better to have double use champs, who are good as attackers and equally good as defenders.

    KP is one of my favorite champ in the game, extremely useful in almost all game modes in the game including BG and also good defender as well.

    Shang Chi has more utility for more node combinations. Other 2 are great but utility is always king.

    Chi has the highest amount of utilities and good damage too
    He has slow, cleanse, stun that does not need parry, unblockable to counter passive enemies and guarantee that your special isn't blocked
    All these make him very powerful
    IMO he is the second best skill champion in the game only behind Kingpin because KP has that attack and AA reduction and constant heal
    Also Shang needs it more than both of them
    While KP has rage and CGR has Armor break which increase their basic attack dmg Shang Chi does not have any such mechanic so some increased attack rating would be helpful by a mile
