No rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I joined my previous alliance still know many members and I put up 187k points in the 7 star event solo but I only put up 90k in my alliance why are my points contributing but I'm getting no rewards. I'm an avid fan I've spent thousands on the game and spent almost 1.2 grand and I've got not much in rewards any way to fix this?

    (1) did you maybe open 97k of points prior to going back to that alliance. And only 90k more after joining them ? If so, only points added after joining will count to Alliance total.

    (2) there is 13 day “lockout” period for this event. You have to wait 13 days after newly joining an ally (so basically have to join BEFORE event started, or at least on very first day) and then wait 13 days after joining, before you can claim any Alliance Milestones (even though your points start to contribute to Ally total right away).
