I am having a bug in the Special Event

So when we expolore The side Quest Escape the titan threat lvl 4 in all episodes 1,2,3&4 we get rewards from the special rewards right? Thts for thronebreaker difficulty
So i was thronebreaker untill yesterday and i explored lvl 4 episodes 1 n 2 100% before i did thronebreaker so it was 0/4 in the special rewards
But now after i did thronebreaker it should be 2/4 since i explored 2 episodes
Anyone any advice on wht to do?? I even played one path thinking it would count but it didn't

    The objectives only give the point on the initial run that gives 100% exploration, the only thing you can do is send screenshots to support showing you've completed it and they can give you the points.
