7 Star Celebration Event - Milestone rewards are missing

I don’t know why but I only have access to 5 milestones…

I can’t claim any rewards from milestone 1 to 10.

Is there any solution to solve this?

    did you restart the game? ive heard multiple restarts helps

    I reinstalled the game 2 times. Nothing works.

    I already sent a ticket but no reply yet.

    I also bought some paragons…but that didn’t help..

    3 hours and this event is over. I will lose a 7 star and a 6R5 champion.

    That’s a huge loss for me and my Alliance.

    youve raised a ticket, right? Lets hope kabam can respond to it in time, ive tagged about it.
