I think a nice QoL improvement, would be able to manually select which path to take before taking it. I.e you choose all the cross-sections, and the it wont stop every time to wait for input.

At the beginning of the quest, next to the AutoPlay button on right side (not during a fight), option to pre-choose path and portals.
Auto-Play could be intelligent, automatically going down whatever paths/portals were still NOT explored.
But also with further intelligence in that if there was a spawn'd item (Revive, Heal, Energy) on an “unexplored” path, it would take that direction instead of just the next (ie, path branching from left to right, or top to bottom, or portals in numeric order).
Then, if already 100% and run again, the Auto-Intelligence would still kick in to take potential paths with spawn'd items on it, from among ANY paths since in that case you’ve already 100% it.
No need for any new Graphic Layout programming changes, just internal “smart code” changes.
Perhaps something simple, like an automatic shut-off of Autofight when you're down to just one surviving champion?
Or a 'Do not Autofight on the last node of the quest ' option?
Either gives you a chance to play and win the last fight, rather than having wasted the energy that you used Autofighting the path.
