Uncollected Daily Crystal.

Hello, I just got Uncollected 4 days ago. But something is missing, i don’t have the uncollected daily crystal. Can someone fix this.
Here is what my daily crystal looks like. I will also show proof that im uncollcetd

Could be because you were only Level 36
May need to be 40
