This is a joke , to intend a champ to glance half damage mitigation & have total ability accuracy reduction once put into a featured crystal where summoners spend hard earned, saved & bought 6* crystal shards AND then use valuable resources to rank up and awaken…THEN never allow ONE single player to actually use him as originally described & intended..THEN to reduce ability acc modification from 100% to LESS THAN HALF is a total slap in the face to all customers…kick rocks you scam artists!
