To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Since the update. It appears, with the Sigil, that the arena is not paying out the arena match rewards after 3 battles.

It’s no longer going to stash. It appears it’s automatically being added now to your totals instead of having to claim. Must had been in the update this month.
And that it would be taken care of.
(Evidently with this new month's update).
