Updating screen continues

Hi support team, since may I've had a bug with 2022 characters (when I use them, when I fight with them) that affects because in war alliance the most of people use those characters, the same with battlegrounds mode. I don't have playstore or appstore because I have Huawei, and this game is not in app gallery (the store of Huawei)
So, I had to look for a new store that could give me the games that I wanted, I found apkpure that has the most of games that I wanted. I have used it for 1 year or a little bit more, but since may update I have had this problem, I hoped that this bug disappear in June update but I have the same, please fix it because I really like this game. And if it doesn't fix it I will have to leave the game beause I can't play the newest content by the bug.
