AW matchmaking bug

For the last two wars, our alliance was enlisted for only one group while we selected 3, as usual.

This has caused us to drop from Gold 2 to Gold 3 with no hope of making up the lost ground. We’re all very frustrated. Is this a known issue? An officer entered a bug a few days ago but no answer from support.

Anyone else having this issue?

    So the new war is correct, with 3 groups. The bug lasted two wars and annihilated our chances of being Gold 2. That really sucks.

    You’ll get the next higher bracket rewards anyways.

    And did you mean “selected”, as in you don't have a permanent pre-enlist, but you individually enlist as each war comes up ?

    No, we have permanent pre-enlisting, but it suddenly dropped us to one group.

    And the fact that this season pays up one tier above is irrelevant. We had a real shot at Gold 2 which would have given us Gold 1 rewards. It’s no consolation that we’ll get Gold 2.
