I didn’t record the whole fight cause the AI only started acting up near the end of the fight, so I didn’t record everything, now I’m recording all my fights from beginning to end even if no bugs pops up until find more examples. That's crazy language for someone who's just tryna chill. People here are giving you advice. You had enough wiggle room to hit Spot's block to give yourself some space to dex. With this example, there was no visible baiting of his special 2. Even if he had thrown it, you made dexing the special even harder on yourself by letting him back you into the corner. If you have other examples, feel free to link them and you'll most likely get exactly the response that the clip deserves. Another example of the AI holding onto SP, but this time I was able to get him to throw it. Not all fights where the AI holds their SP for. Fat min I get hit with. It’s only when my controls aren’t working on top of them. This fight, plus the other fight with professor X are examples of how I get out of AI throwing SP 3 without dying. Again though, no hate or malice, Im not Doing this to spread needless drama or information. Im tired of people being scared to report bugs because of people like you. Not even close. The AI isn’t supposed to randomly dex outta special, or parry mid combo, I’m not saying the AI should be brain dead cause I’ve won fights in this situation. That’s not challenging that’s broken. The AI isn’t supposed to be able to hold SP for like 3 mins. And for those saying to hit into their block creating space. That’s already what I did. I was doing that but the AI still was refusing to throw SP 2 or SP1. And hitting into to block is dumb cause they can either perfect parry me or punish mid combo, so what your saying is practically useless information. Also I was already dexing him, I kept doing it but was losing more space, so I decided to start perfect parrying so I didn’t lose more space, and hitting into 2099 block?????? Did you not see the concussion debuff I got everytime I did, did you not watch the video thoroughly? All I’m trying to say is reduce the amount of times the AI spam SP 3. Why is that such a sin. It’s a mobile game, I play this to avoid stress, not create more.

Also I’m fine with the AI being difficult to fight, but holding on to SP for like 4 mins when it’s a guaranteed one shot is jsut ****. Also I can’t dex all the time cause it doesn’t work, or my block doesn’t work so my character sits there and dies. I’m literally dropping block so the AI can either throw SP or charge forward, or throw heavy so I can avoid it, what definition of bait do you mean? Cause I clearly was trying to bait a SP, and guess what, he ended up popping it that SP 2 anyway, so it worked.

No I’m taking notes of what you said with hitting into block even though I’ve already done that multiple times and it usually gets me killed but still thank you for that advice. but what you have told is nothing new, I’ve watched YouTube tutorials on how to dex, bait and survive alliance AW fights. It is probably the case that the AI isn't just programmed to hold specials indefinitely (at least in most cases). It is programmed to throw them when a specific set of circumstances is met. We just don't know precisely what they are in every situation.

Also, we can just complain about everything being bad, but if your problem with the AI is that "I can't dex all the time cause it doesn't work" that's not a problem the devs are likely to work on. They are not going to degrade the AI to meet the expectations of players who find that input issues are making it difficult for the AI to counter. That's simply never going to happen, period.

We can discuss how the AI should work, and we can discuss the issues players are having with the input controls in some circumstances, but if you're going to link the two, that becomes an intractable problem.

I need to record when the AI dexes me mid SP and
Ask my game crash, it’s hard to catch unless I record every match which I am gonna do, but sometimes when I’m hitting AI and hit with my SP2 they ded out of my combo crashing my game. Or the AI will be across the map, only for them to travel at light speed the mili second my block drops. Now I will gladly admit I just needed to get better at getting the AI to throw SP, I just have a hard time dealing with them having a lot of SP if I’m backed into the corner.

That’s not challenging that’s broken. The AI isn’t supposed to be able to hold SP for like 3 mins. And for those saying to hit into their block creating space. Like WHAT, I’ve already tried that and that does not work at all, all it does hitting into AI block is creat minimum space whole AI get more SO meter and punish me after.
Those aren't even AI issues at all. So I don't know what you mean by "not even close." To the extent that those things happen, the AI has no effect on them. The AI operates under the same rules we do. It is not like we can't do those things, but the AI can do anything and is just programmed to pretend like it is following the rules. If we can't move, they can't move.

This is from the spider-man 2099. The fight was going pretty smooth despite my block not popping and my character dashing forward getting me hit instead of blocking. But hey I’m just bad right it’s not like I wanna make sure Kabam knows what we’re talking about right 🤓

Another example of the AI holding onto SP, but this time I was able to get him to throw it. Not all fights where the AI holds their SP for. Fat min I get hit with. It’s only when my controls aren’t working on top of them. This fight, plus the other fight with professor X are examples of how I get out of AI throwing SP 3 without dying. They usually throw special when I drop block, and I’m not holding block. I press it, then let my block drop, so the AI either throws a SP, or dashes forward, it worked a decent amount of times. Watch my professor X video, it worked for that fight, and it worked for Rinrath’s AI,

Basically I took screen shots throughout the match and the AI took about 2 mins to throw special to the point I was backed into the wall and had to keep dexing.

Seen your video and you said took 2 mins to throw special then said 3 minutes plus. One fight it took 16 seconds for AI to throw special. Next fight it took 29 seconds to throw special. Where is this 3 minutes not thrown special exactly?

That's crazy language for someone who's just tryna chill. People here are giving you advice. You had enough wiggle room to hit Spot's block to give yourself some space to dex. With this example, there was no visible baiting of his special 2. Even if he had thrown it, you made dexing the special even harder on yourself by letting him back you into the corner. If you have other examples, feel free to link them and you'll most likely get exactly the response that the clip deserves. So I don’t know where you get this Idea I don’t take Advice, when I clearly am. And continuing to take advice. What I don’t like, is my controls not working and AI taking advantage of that. However, in my opinion, the most notable "AI change" has been a change in their recovery time. For example, AI used to get knocked down and get back up/make a move after a certain amount of time. It FEELS like that process is much faster now. Could be a knock-on effect from server latency, though.

Yeeees again, bro I am so sorry if I was harsh to you, you genuinely have a great understanding of the game, and helped me to deal with the AI’s changes alot. And yea I agree, I usually take his vids with a grain a salt, but yea I’ve noticed the AI, even before fully getting up can throw SP 3. But thanks for explaining that very well.
