My account got banned

I have never got banned before and I got permanent ban right away? ( I play the game since December 2014 ).
Why there is no warning like other players when they get a ban for 1 week…1 month and only then permanent ban.

The warning was the message you got when you started playing that said don’t use third-party software. That’s the only warning needed. You clearly knew better and thought you could cheat until you were caught, get the slap on the wrist, and then press forward like nothing happened. Enjoy the reward of your labor.

The three strikes thing is only a guideline. Kabam can and has banned accounts permanently for certain kinds of activity without escalating bans.

Also, as activity review takes time, it is possible for a player to draw all three strikes simultaneously. If you mod the game and use it to cheat in alliance war, then cheat in the Abyss, and then bot the arena, by the time they catch up to you they could decide that each violation was worthy of a ban, and having drawn three separate offenses that would be worthy of an immediate permanent ban.

And to be blunt, punishment is intended to be a deterrent, not the price for cheating. If you cheated expecting to only draw a one week ban and so it was worth it, then perhaps you got the ban you deserved. The intent is to punish you and deter others, not hand you a bill for allowing you to cheat.

Maybe you already got banned in the past but you don't remember/ didn't play in that time period
