Serious question about a real problem with advancing heroes for uncollected players with 6* heroes

Okay so I am uncollected but I am working on getting more of my storyline finished and I am just going to be honest I have a good bit of 6* heroes and I have a good team that is rank 3 6*. My issue is this and I really want to know why it is a issue because it shouldn't be considering I am absolutely able to get the level of character that needs this to progress but for me to get this 1 pretty silly item so I can at least get my 6* characters to rank 3 it has to be a special occasion and then they're might be the everloving tier 5 5%, or I believe that there's even 15% ,and 25% tier 5 catalyst crystals right which without the tier 5 catalyst you can only take your 6* characters to rank 2 which is bogus and doesn't actually make even the tiniest bit of sense. Case in point I'm right on book 6 chapter 1 which when I am done with it I will immediately gain the ability threw multiple different things that will have changed to grab tier 5 catalyst crystals pretty often right, but if that was the reason for not being able to get any access to tier 5 catalyst then I wouldn't currently have 5 6* heroes that are rank 3 which is the first rank up that requires 1 full tier 5 catalyst correct? I am just not able to get why I am even able to get a 6 * character because ever since thar has occurred now I am solely working on ranking up 6* characters and I have plenty of maximum 5* characters but I am actually having a tiny bit of difficulty with the last chapter here that is required to gain summoner rank and by doing that creates much easier access to certain items which I understand but the tier 5 catalyst crystals should be attainable for summoners like me who have transcended to 6 * characters because at this point no one is going to waste there resources anymore on 5 * characters! I am simply asking for there to be a closer look at the ability to get tier 5 catalyst crystals because I am and I am sure tbere are others just like me who have been held back for larger amounts of time than there should be to rank up a 6 * character to rank 3 and that's really as far as you go with this catalyst and It's a item that we can get because as I said I have and I have ranked 5 of my 58 6 * heroes but I am truly unable to understand the reasoning for the difficulty of getting this done if you can have a 6 * character from your game play that then grants the ability to get thus 6 * then you definitely should be able to get tier 5 catalyst crystals more often than just because of some random side quest right? Please tell me there's those who agree with this minimal request!

Straight from the mcoc webpage. If your champs are that strong already, why can't you breeze through the content you identify as too easy for the rewards that you acknowledge are better?
I got through 6.1 with mostly rank 4 5*s and a couple rank 1 6*s. I got through the rest of Act 6 with 6* rank 2's and 5* rank 5's. Your roster should definitely be good enough by now to push your way through Act 6 and even pretty far into Act 7, if not all the way. Once you become Cavalier, your T5CC availability will increase by a solid amount. Just from taking a quick peek, Cav players have the ability to obtain 22% of a T5CC just from this month's Side Quest and Event Quest. But your roster is easily good enough to push for Thronebreaker. Just from this months side and event quests, Thronebreaker players have access to 3.5 T5CC, plus an extra 25% from the Act 6 completion rewards.
This game doesn't judge rewards based on roster sizes, it judges based on progression levels. Uncollected isn't really meant to have any T5CC at all. Make it to Thronebreaker and I promise you'll have almost too much. Act 6 is a difficult piece of story content, but there are many guides on YouTube, you can ask for help or advice here on the forums, and your roster is more than good enough.
On to my point. I want to address something in particular you said in your opinion.
You mentioned that by having access to 6 stars that you were solely focused on them. Many fellow players likely agree and follow your assessment of focusing solely on 6 stars.
The logic goes something along the lines that why would you or anyone "waste" rank up mats for "lesser" star champs. I'd argue in some cases this is the wrong approach.
I'd argue to stop looking at champs as 5 stars or 6 stars and focus on the fact they are tools to accomplish a task. In this case, get you to thronebreaker. It doesn't matter if it was a 5 star herc or 6 star herc that gets you there. If you don't have a star version of a champ necessary to advance... you can wait to acquire them or... get 'er done with the tools available.
If you feel you need the advanced star levels to complete the task, I'd argue you are performing a disservice to your future gameplay.
I know that instant gratification is extremely enticing but consider that if you keep having to use overpowered champs to complete a task, in the long run you will end up paying the price. There will come a task where the champs are no longer op in relation to the task and you will have to compensate with something else (units). Which is fine just know that is the road you potentially now travel.
Or, you can practice with the champs you currently have and become a better player now saving yourself the headache later.
This, of course, all assumes, you are into this game for the long haul... cause if not, skills won't really matter at all lol.
At any rate, just consider using this time to become a better, stronger and more knowledgeable player willing to use the tools available to accomplish said task to open up possibilities for bigger and better tools. You're future self will thank you
Or else this is the “discount version” of Chat GPT.
