Complaints proceedure?

Does anyone out there (maybe mods?) have details on how I raise an official complaint regarding the support team?
I've been trying to get an issue resolved with them and all I keep getting back is the standard copy and paste reply that we've all seen multiple times- literally 6 emails now just going around in circles with them.

I've asked for details of their escalation process, complaints procedure or contact details for a higher level of management team but so far all my requests have been ignored.

Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help!

    With all due respect….. it’s pointless. In game “support” offers minimal help & the forums aren’t going to get you anywhere either.

    Maybe ask jax. The support for this game is horrible.

    It’s a FTP mobile video game, so not sure what kind of support you’re expecting, especially considering the volume of tickets they receive.

    If that is truly the case, I guess Kabam running all of the 4th July & Cyber Weekend for magic pixels dusts right.

    Unless MCOC Whales get a different lines of support from Kabam, I'm sure haven't heard of it lol.

    I think we really have to let it go with it "Free" Mobile game as an excuse for below standard service.
