What’s the secret to arena?

I need units, whenever I do arena I spend like half an hour doing it and I only get about 100 units before the milestones become too out of reach and not worth the 10 units or so that they give. It doesn’t seem to give much gold either which is something in serious scarcity right now.

If I had to guess I’d say that the secret is that most of these serious arena grinders are actually high-level monks who go into some kind of meditative trance that allows them to reach nirvana while still grinding arena. I agree that battlechips seem exaggerated in how much gold they provide, especially in the modern economy. But these guys are opening millions and millions of them. I suspect that people who are seriously next level in gold acquisition are doing substantial arena, incursions, and anything that lets you dupe champs to sell iso.

The secret is to find a way not to focus on it. I grind arena. A LOT. i just dont focus on it, do it while watching a game/ tv show.

Same. I play arena a few hours 2x week. Grind milestones while the tv is on and done.

When only going for milestones Champs at high enough rank, recoil tree. Having sigil and quick match helps as well to get it done faster.

It’s not just the unit milestones, it’s the Battlechips you earn that can reward some amount of unit.

It’s not a get rich quick scheme. If you do all arena milestones each week you can get 1,080 units just from the milestones, plus whatever you get from battlechips. But that’s going to require several hours of gameplay to do it all. You’ll get what you’re willing to put into it. There’s no secret.

I passively grind arena while watching tv/movies or listening to music/podcasts/audiobooks, and I use points boosts whenever I can.

Sometimes I'll grind 3 or 4 million points in a sitting, other times just 1 or 2...it really depends on my time and mindset.

Burnout is real, so I try to pace myself when needed.

Play arena with a tv show or something in parallel. Milestones will add up, round about 1000 a week

High level 6s and 7s. I can finish the featured in 55 rounds, the basic in 38 rounds and I barely bother with the 4star arena. I do anywhere from 0 - 50 rounds.
For gold, it’s not over night. You need to play a lot of rounds to see a difference. The battlechips can by arena crystals and they’re pretty much 90% all gold. If you want faster gold payouts then play Incursions sectors 7-9 , TB and Cavs EQ, and finish Act 7-8. I’m a ftp player and I have over 100M in gold.

I just passively grind the arena while im doing other stuff sometimes. You really don't need to look at the screen other than to initiate the round correctly. Just swipe and tap mindlessly while doing something else.

Turn on Recoil masteries ..learn to play arena with one hand, play arena while doing other stuff irl
