Nah he's cheating, quicksilver does so much block damage with sp2 and sp1 which are nearly not dexable plus he inflicts so many whiplash debuffs only to be removed by parry

QS provides consistent willpower healing with his debuffs
If u play well against him, it's possible to finish with a full yellow bar

QS' specials, while difficult, can be fully evaded and aren't harder than doom's specials. You're right about the whiplashes tho, 50% chance for whiplash on evade seems impossible or very very very very lucky. He had to at least evade a couple sp1's or sp 1 + sp2.

The only super obvious problem I see in either of these fights is that 0 hits were taken. Certainly possible on the VTD/Colossus fight, but I don’t see that as being possible on the other fight. Blocked hits count as hits taken, which means he would have to survive never having a whiplash placed on him, which seems entirely unlikely. If any whiplashes landed, well then we should see hits taken to remove them via parry, otherwise we should see damage from them expiring given the length of the fight.
The combo was also lost in both fights despite never actually receiving a hit, so not sure what that is about.

I would report them through the proper channels so the team can take a look. You should know for the future a couple things; first, it is against the forums rules to post pictures including names with accusations/suspicions of cheating. If you are wrong then you are potentially bringing undue harm against an innocent player and that is not fair. Second, posting this stuff on the forums really doesn’t accomplish anything. The forum team isn’t the one handling reviewing reports.
So in the future, if you have a questionable match and you are unsure if you should report or not, just make sure you block the names out so that your posts/pictures don’t get taken down.

The sp2 only requires a few dashes back at the right time. When he is doing his 1 million punches, he doesn't really move much so if you avoid the first hit of those, that whole part will basically just whiff, then all you have to do is avoid the last hit which is mighty difficult to time.
