Fun in the sun messy situation

So I thought that the 48 hrs timer will let me buy as many offers during them not just the one that is shown and accordingly I bought units on July 7th and kept grinding arenas till today that I just reached 10500 units in order to buy the 2nd and 3rd unit deals.
But when I got the 2nd deal, no other deals were shown up which really messed up my plans and expectations and I am pretty sure this was not clear at all at least for me!
Now I have units that I can’t use as I needed so not sure if I should request a refund or what should be done if anyone faced a similar issue and had any luck opening a ticket?
Any help would be highly appreciated!

Not exactly sure I understand, so let me see if I got this right.

You bought the first/second unit deal either today or yesterday and a second one didn't pop up? If that is the case, then maybe contact support, but it might not have shown up since the fun in the sun deals technically ended July 7th at maple syrup standard time.

Yes that is correct, I bought the second deal and the third one did not pop up, what I expected is that the 48 hrs will allow to get any of the deals not only one and I did not see otherwise mentioned anywhere tbh…

    Hey Summoners,

I chatted with the game team and wanted to provide some clarity for you all!

If you purchase on of the tiered offers in the dying moments of the sale, your 48 hour timer will start and extend beyond the end time of the sale itself.
    (end)

Guess further clarification would have been better, but the way it sounds like it would ONLY allow the CURRENTLY Extended 48 hr Timer to continue past the otherwise end of event.

I don’t see where this clarification would have implied you could continue to buy another and another, etc, all after the normal end of event.

This also leads directly into something I've seen asked a few times - This is one of the reasons for the shorter timer. Because purchasing a tier extends the timer, having a longer timer, the length of the event as some proposed, would allow Summoners to stretch these tiered deals out over a ridiculous amount of time. The 48 hours allows reasonable, but not excessive, extended accessibility of the sale.

This is from the same quote is what implied buying another and another specially last line.

“The 48 hours allows reasonable extended accessibility of the sale” not a single offer only so it should allow buying the rest of the offers as long as you are within these 48 hrs.

Also, mentioning “Because purchasing a tier extends the timer” and they made it only for 48 hrs as not to be stretched over a ridiculous amount of time, would imply the same that you can buy more than one deal.

    Fair point 😀
Original question in there, and elsewhere, was whether even an existing 48 hr timer would be cut short, as in a HARD ENDING.
Don’t think people were previously asking about continuing to “cascade” multiple extra purchases.
