This has been happening for a while for folks.

If you had a streak, you will need to lose it to keep playing

Make sure you aren't trying to use express arena

Go to the arena selection menu, click the folder in the top left, quit the match and you can restart

It's a stupid bug that kabam is "fixing" at a snail's pace because it doesn't cost them money... in fact it has potential to make them money
