Evading while under coldsnap

Is anyone else having issues with AI evading sometimes while under cold snap?
Its happened to me multiple times while using elsa or kate in the skills /evade chapter in even quest.

    If u under coldsnap than have u ALWAYS "issues" to evade...not sometimes.

    I don't know who didn't agree. Were certainly just these trolls and noobs again.

    Not noobs, you just misunderstood OP, they're saying that the opponent still evades when they have a coldsnap applied

    I just experienced EQ 3.2 on the skill/evade path Fighting Sorcerer supreme several times evaded while I placed a slow on her with Hawkeye Not sure if it’s the same type of issue but didn’t happen against anyone else on that path while using Hawkeye

    That's actually due to the way Slow and Sorcerer Supreme work. Slow doesn't stop evade from happening, it just lowers the ability accuracy of evade by 100%. Sorcerer Supreme's sig ability increases her ability accuracy by between 10 and 50%, so she'll still be able to evade while under the effects of Slow, but only have a 10-50% chance depending on sig level.

    YES! I had Silk (I think) evade Iceman’s cold snap.
