I don't understand why kabam offers this deal.
It is essentially a Sunday paragon deal that anybody can get but with less and instead of 5$ it is 50$.
WHÝ, KABAM, JUST WHY?
If anybody buys this please post on this.

An extreme example but Elon musk in the last 10 years made over 450 dollars a second. If he dropped 50 dollars on the ground it literally would not be worth his time to pick it up. Point being to some people 50 bucks is nothing
Also wealthy people don't stay wealthy with the attitude that 50$ doesn't mean anything.
Plus even if what you said @laserjohn26 had any validity to it the few people that might buy this deal would not make kabam more money if the deal was only 3$ and 1000 people bought it.
So for every person who's complaining about a crappy deal, they have the data that there's at least five people who will buy it because they really like the deal or they are desperate to get that last missing piece that they need for something..
Sure, people careless with money often soon find themselves without it, but that's at levels of wealth that border on the trivial. I'm not what I would personally consider particularly wealthy, but $50 means virtually nothing to me. I won't set it on fire, but if I want something and it costs $50, the price has zero impact on my purchasing decision.
I could have literally purchased every offer the game has ever put out (outside of the permanent unit offers that have no limit, obviously) since the launch of the game if I chose to. It isn't that I didn't have the cash: that amounts to just a few thousand dollars a year. It is simply that I choose not to spend that kind of money on the game, because it would interfere with my enjoyment of it.
I am travelling twice this year, and I've booked round trip first class tickets for myself and my spouse in both cases. I can't even tell you what they cost precisely, because honestly price didn't matter to me. A few thousand per person per hop. Twenty grand, I guess? The true whales of this game probably have dramatically higher discretionary budgets than I do. Fifty bucks on an offer for them is probably five bucks on a hash browns and coffee from McDonalds for me.
Yes, but that would be far worse for the game. Flooding the spenders with stuff is not the best thing for the game. It is far better for the game to sell a thousand dollars of stuff to ten people than a hundred people, because the economic impact on the game is lower. Furthermore, different spenders have different degrees of willingness to spend, and thus when there's no expensive things you never tap into the spending capabilities of your top spenders.
Also this game is a cash grab.
