Special deals on story mode progression

I got offers for good amounts of potions for 1000 units when I completed act 6.3 , 6.4 etc. I just became TB recently and planning to start act 7 soon. Does act 7.1 has any such deal?
Or am I better of taking Cavalier or TB monthly event completion potion deals?

    Every chapter has their own deal after you beat it. I don't remember any of them being worth it except 7.4, but that deal is outdated and not worth it anymore

    The cav/tb eq deals are better values.

    Is it same deal we get for completing Cav monthly quest and TB One or different?
