Kraven rank down items missing

I got a rank down ticket 2 to 1, for my 6-star kraven. i used it to rank him down but no items were sent to my inventory, no catalysts, iso-8 or even gold.. pls if anyone is experiencing a similar issue, pls comment below.

I have record items but not gold ranked down 5* Kraven from maybe 4 to 1

There was a bump in the MERGED thread on this only an hour before you made your post here (in same category) so should have been visible to see on 1st page of threads.
Let along seeing numerous others lone posts on this as well coming in.

Let alone further “same thing” replies by others here within half an hour of later bumps to the Merged thread.

So you mean to tell me that before you posted you didn’t check the forums to see if there was a thread on this already? It was posted yesterday way before you spammed the forums with your post. But thank you, I shall become the gatekeeper to the spam posts!!!
