Jon Singleton was in the frame to direct a Luke Cage movie after he directed 2 Fast 2 Furious and he was going to cast Tyrese Gibson. Cage would've taken his alias from a Nicolas Cage movie poster, as a gag on the fact Nicolas Coppola adopted the alias 'Nicolas Cage' thanks to Luke Cage.

Wesley Snipes was talking about doing a Black Panther movie back around the time of Blade II with him in the title role of T'challa.

Joe Carnahan wanted to direct a 1970s-set Daredevil movie for Fox after the failure of Elektra, but the rights reverted to Marvel before it got greenlit. Tom Rothman was then determined Fox should retain the rights to the X-Men and Fantastic 4 and not lose them. Which probably explains a lot about Fant4stic and the quality of some of the other late-stage FoX-Men movies....

Okay hear me out, hear me out, percy jackson could solo the avengers 0 diff if he was trying to kill. I have several reasons to back this up. Firstly je beat up ares when he was 12. Secondly, he can stop your blood from moving or evaporate all the water from your body. He started doing this to a god once. Thirdly, y'know...tsunami. He beat up freaking titans, I mean that's crazy. He fell for days into the pits of hell with his gf and I'm talking the deepest pits of hell they literally fell for days. When they landed they survived for weeks drinking hellfire and they fought their way out. Of hell. Nuff said. Percy beat up so many monsters and gods I can't even start bro. Also he has crazy powerful friends. His gf has a cousin who is the son of frey, he has crazy healing powers. Nico can summon a whole freakin army of the dead like 💀, piper would just charmspeak all the guys then make them jump of a bridge, leo could just burn everyone. I mean please its not even a comp he'd just smoke the avengers. Oh and thalia could electrocute tf out of everyone

Percy would just bloodbend thor. Plus percy can control nearly everything thor controls cuz of water vapor in the air etc. Btw there are to parts to poseidons children's powers, water stuff and earthquakes. One time percy tapped into his earthquake powers and made a volcanoe erupt

Thor's a lightning god. He could fry Percy Jackson with a lightning bolt before the kid could think. He fought another thunder god in Immortal Thor and the guy couldn't touch Thor because Thor just made the lightning miss him.

Uhm lightning? From what clouds, hehe. He controls water lol. Also, we don't actually know percys regen limits, all we know is he gets hurt and water heals him. If there is clouds for lightning there are clouds for rain. Basically percy nullifies all of thors powers, and if you look at it from raw strength and fighting, thor is stronger but percy (kinda depending on when) is stronger than thor. I find after Kronos battle and before the son of neptune, then he has a achilles heel. He's 100 percent invulnerable to any attacks. The only reason he doesn't have it anymore is because it was so op the writer removed it the next book when percy walked into the roman camp. Anyway percy is the best fighter chiron has taught in thousands of years, that's including hercules etc,(pjo hercules not marvel hercues but same difference). He fought all the monsters in hell and got out alive and made sure none escaped. He survived in hell with no food and water except hell fire for weeks. He held the sky on his shoulders for 22 HOURS!!! Can thor do that? He beat the god of fighting in fighting lol. He beat Kronos in a 1v1. There is also the whole thing where if thor kills percy poseidon will create a tsunami so big everyone dies so...... Also if its percy v avengers then he should be able to call friends. He has two friends that are the children of zeus, 100 percent impervious to lightning. One of his friends legit brought an army from the dead, once turned someone into a ghost with a look I think. Oh and btw percy fought the earth. As in gaea. As in thors mum. Think about it. Thor v gaea. Gaea 0 diff. Percy v gaea. Granted, percy had his friends help but they won, so......
