AW delay. Preseason?

I am aware AW is delayed till the 9th. One of the reason was for us to have an official preseason.
We are now less than a week till the new start date and still no preseason.

Any idea when matchmaking will be enabled?

They will most likely delay the season beyond the 9th.

They were AIMING for the 9th, but not COMMITTING to it.
Still might be pushed out further.

Season now targeted for Aug16.
Preseason/Matchmaking has resumed.
