Just make it so that you need to be conquerer to send messages on global. I get that you can turn global off and i often do, but clowns and trolls like this guy are plaguing the environment of this cartoon video game for kids. Just a small request to make the game a bit more positive.

    I agree, that "turn off global" isn't the perfect solution, but it's a problem of "free will" I suppose - there will always be someone trying to stir up nonsense. We have many sensors in place, but it's really difficult to predict all the ways people want to be awful.

    Its just a kid trying to get the attention his parents never gave him probably, and i know you cant do anything about it. Im just suggesting to maybe make it so you need to be a certain progression level, so when the trolls and edgelords inevitably get mass reported, they loose an account worth at least a couple hours if their sad day. Doesn't affect a lot of players in any way, just keeping the streets of global a bit cleaner for people that use it.

    No game has ever managed to be troll free, not even close, so I doubt Kabam can do anything about it. I've lost count of how many times I've been called the N word in other games (whether it's in-game chat or comms) and it happens so often with so many different accounts it would just be too much work to manually ban all the people who find different ways to say nasty things without getting caught by chat filters.
    Just ignore them, and if you don't want to see messages like that at all, turn global chat off.
