    That's completely irrelevant, doesn't change the fact that all we've received so far is silence. The outcome would be the same even if we didn't demand answers and just discussed the issue (which is exactly what people were doing in other threads). Stop trying to justify anything they do it's pathetic.
    It's not irrelevant. There's a difference between asking Support for answers about your own Account and demanding answers about what they're doing with other peoples' Accounts.

    That's the issue though, multiple people have been posting screenshots and threads day and night that prove a lot of Cav accounts got to keep 7* which they couldn't have obtained legitimately by duplicating 6* champs or doing shooting stars.
    If they refuse to even acknowledge these issues (for which there is proof and a lot) they are essentially ignoring the problem, unless of course they know about the issues but refuse to give us more information for whatever reason which would also be wrong, they should be transparent when something this game breaking happens.

    Weird, I'm guessing they let you keep the shards you got from completing content after the Mythic crystals, which makes a little sense, but there's no way that amounted to 20-30k 7* shards. Sounds like they just completely missed the mark with this fix.

    Well maybe they could share about what will happen the next time something like this happens.. cause I don't see a negative effect for people to stop exploiting... As well as not seeing it fair to be punished if they exploit for the first time the next round...
    There is a ToS it was not enforced.. not sure what gives them the right to enforcer it on other matters...

    I'm cavalier but I have enough 7* shards for 10k 7* basic and slowly accumulating 7* thru dupes on my 6* champions.. technically I ought to have moved up to at least Thronebreaker or close to paragon.. why?!? I'm still cavalier.. I have not pushed myself.. I could use unitman to get thru, but I'd rather I have the best counter to the Act6 bosses.. still don't have definite counter to Mr Sinister.. so I'm still procrastinating and waiting.. a lot of summoners here probably seem my 6* roster thru my post.. most of them are Thronebreaker or Paragon already while I stayed in Cavalier.. but I might need to push myself if I want that 7* Morbius.

    I just took a look at your roster, you've got some great Mr Sinister counters. Dragon Man should work well. If you have Heimdall as a 5* you can use his Synergy with Angela for a Fury buff, then use Mysterio and Peni Parker. They both counter Mr Sinister well if you can get the Fury, plus they have a synergy with each other.

    Probably not, according to Kabam they will be sending them eventually, and even if they didn't BGs season rewards won't get you a fully formed 7* crystal so there's probably no correlation there. They just couldn't fix the issue properly even though they said they would (hence it took them two whole weeks).

    What you call defending is just looking at the timeline and events and filling in the reasoning. That's not a defense at all. That's an explanation.
    In fact, the only ones who mentioned punishment were the Players, ever since Miike indicated that no one would be banned, as they decided to remove the Rewards.
    There have been a great deal of should statements and what people want to see, but it wasn't a democracy. It's their decision.
    I even agreed that acting sooner may have mitigated the collateral damage, but they clearly had their reasons, and I suspect it was to allow Players to finish the Season before they froze their Accounts to work on them.
    You can agree or disagree with their decision. I really don't care. It's not my place to defend them. What I will defend is common sense. Which is often overlooked when fists are being waved.
    What I'm not going to do is participate in a Kangaroo Court about whether my opinion is fact or not. I prefer to release in a toilet, not in the wind.
