With persistent placement how do you rotate bgs in off season so it stops selecting bg1 all the time

We would to run 1bg in off season wars but want each bg to have a turn each war starting with bg1 ending in 3 but how can you do this with the new placement system , do I have to completely remove all 3bgs & just place 1bg at a time each war until season starts or what , i read the latest post about this but unless I missed something I’m still unsure & so is the alliance , if anyone has some insight that would be much appreciated

    You move everyone out of bg1 and move bg2 manually into bg1. The system will hopefully get better over time, but this is the only avenue you have available atm.
