Can’t log into my second account

I’m having an issue with logging into my second account with the iOS 16.6 I signed out if Game Center like kabam said but now I can’t log in I don’t have access to the email anymore for the account but I remember the email and password and it won’t allow me to log in. Any help

    You should be able to log back into GameCenter, and continue as you had been starting game before.

    Don’t think you had to keep GameCenter off, just give it a “kick”.

    Tried logging back into game center says the same thing
