It showed me being given 2 selectors but only let me pick out of one and not the other

Enter a different loading screen and the other selector should pop up

Same thing for me. And I did enter a different screen.

I had the same issue. It only let me pick one. After picked I entered a different screen and the second never popped up

I wasn’t paying attention if I should have had two, but I had one selector pop and a 20 percent attack boost on the reward screen.

Yep I have the same problem.

It shown that I got 2 Selectors, one was for Hero Shard and one was for Mastery Core.

However I was only given the option to pick the Selector with Shards.

The Selector for Matery Core option didn't appeared.

I move around to various other screen but the second selector never shown up.

So essentially I lost half of the rewards.

Same, I had. Selector and attack boost.

So two items. Not necessary 2 selectors. My mini account had 2 selectors though.

I had to close the game and restart it for it to come up for me.

All started with a 7 hour countdown from what I've seen. They started becoming available around 5 p.m. Pacific time

That’s what happens every time. No crystal is available right when it starts.

Log out of the game, then log back in again. It should work. Same thing happened to me.
