Remember when mutant was the best defending class? Then kabam added nimrod, idoom, fantaman, viv and warlock. They also buffed ultron and nebula. I feel like there are too many mutant killers now and they lost out due to that being their strong suite.
i feel like part of this is because between 2019 and 2020 they released 4 tech champions (3 of which came in 2019) while the mutants got 9 which included apoc professor x and weapon x
