Major war issue

So as we all know its the first war of the season and quite a few of my members have been getting this screen constantly when trying to join. has anyone got a fix for this and can a kabam member chase this up please?

    Could be that their persistent defense is placed in a different BG from the one they are trying to join on attack.

    The 3 panel screens would seem to indicate you can JOIN any of the BG’s for Attack, but that is not the case.
    You have to join the same attack BG as where your defenders are in (even though all 3 BG's for joining attack all say JOIN).
