Platinum track giving wrong platinum pool crystal

OK so halfway through last months platinum track I went up to cavalier so my last platinum pool crystal awarded me a 6* piece. This month it's back to 5* pieces. I contacted support and all they said was that I got the crystal and received the proper rewards for the crystal I received... Problem is that I believe that they are rewarding the wrong crystals. Anyone have any input? Thanks!

I dont think all of them are the same crystal but i have no idea which one this last one was supposed to be.

The day that drops the GUARANTEED piece (just random as to WHICH piece) is for 1 Star version below the other (future) day's crystals that are RARE DROP (1.25% chance) of a Piece (NOT guaranteed drop).

So day-1 (GUARANTEED 20% which piece) is for 5* PlatPool for CAV level.
Which later days (NOT guarantee, only RARE 1.25% chance per piece, else some other resource) for CAV is for the 6* version of PlatPool.

Not a bug. They are not gonna give you a guaranteed drop for a higher Star version of him.

Maybe that was my confusion. The beginning of last months track I got a 5* piece. Then I rose up to cavalier so I assumed that was why I got a 6* piece at the end of the month.

So if you look at the calendar. The first plat track plat pool crystal cav and TB get are the 5* version on day 1, and then every 7th day we get the 6* version. Not a bug. It was like that last month as well. Your a cav getting a 6* plat pool piece… be thankful. I’m TB and your getting equal to me.
