Black Panther Classic special intercept window

Now that he’s been introduced as a 7 star, I strongly urge Kabam to increase the window in which the special attack is considered an intercept to match the one of Hercules.
If you didn’t know, Black Panther’s window is extremely small, if you hesitate even a bit it doesn’t count as a special intercept.
I would ask the same thing for Venompool’s sp2, but that isn’t as impactful on his kit and Black Panther is more relevant now that he’s a 7 star.
This would make Black Panther much better and more importantly, reliable and consistent!

    Agreed. I enjoy using BP because it actually feels rewarding to pull off a special intercept. With Herc it just feels like taking candy from a very large baby

    I pull it off 98% of the time. It's exactly what it says it is, a special intercept. You're asking for it to be extended even further than the intercept window, which just doesn't make much sense to me. I enjoy playing BP for the same reason I don't enjoy playing herc. If BP became that easy to play, they might as well move him over to Cosmic because I'd be very reluctant to call him a Skill champion at that point.

    Have you tried just gitting gud and honing in on your reaction time? Special intercepts with BP aren't hard to achieve

    Love to see the kabam trusted people tell me to "get good" when I’m criticizing the disparity in quality of a mechanic based on different champions… there’s a reason people don’t play Black Panther and this intercept window is most of that reason.

    The issue is not the incercept window but the AI, you need to commit to the special almost Instantly, so I apply a infuriate via Herc synergy, launch the special, to find out the AI has backed off and blocked because "no u get blocked nerd" infuriate, intimidate and taunt are the most inconsistent things I've seen. I wait a second to see if they dash at me "no crit for u lel"

    Dang my man asked a genuine question and made a nice request and ofc the hard headed people coming in and saying “get Gud” lol. I’m picking ogbp too and would love a window matching Hercules! Those saying “it makes it more rewarding cuz it’s harder to achieve” then you keep doing that lol nothing wrong with making it more consistent. And once again Pikolu being a toxic forum lurker

    I definitely don't think it's as simple as "get gud", but I like it the way it is. BP is supposed to be high risk-high reward, and it works really well if you can manipulate the AI well enough. I have BP as a maxed 5*, rank 2 6* and will be choosing him from the 7* selector because I love the risk in his playstyle. Getting rid of the risk would just be so... meh imo.
