RE-BANNED

On August 18, I received a ban with the wording: for transferring an account to use by other persons for seven days (the first blocking of an account for all time). It is impossible to get details of the lock from technical support.
On August 25, a few hours after the expiration of the blocking period, the account was blocked again, now for 30 days.
The account was not transferred to anyone, the entrance was carried out only from my device. Technical support also does not provide details.
Why was the first ban immediately for seven days, where did the second ban come from if there was no violation and how can you be sure that there will not be a third ban after the second block?

you can not be sure there will be no perma ban.
and one thing is for certain, next ban will be perma ban.

often they ban an account for 7 days then whilst they are investigating the account they realise that the infractions were more severe than initially flagged and therefore escalate the ban to 30 days.
i have seen it happen to people who were using an account on an emulator and doing god knows what

Have you let someone use your account? Shared your login information? I think the wording gets lost in translation as "transferring" is probably meant to say "shared"
