The game experienced a brief connectivity issue this morning. The team promptly fixed the issue and things are back to normal, thank you to everyone who passed along reports!
So I got all mats for the first r5, but 10$ is the only way to rank up? Really??
Look at this idiot insulting someone and doesn't even know how the game works.
Maybe you need to read the post before insulting someone, mate? I literally say that I have to be higher lvl
I'll explain this for you troglodyte brain. If you hit level 60, you can get a r5 without spending money. So maybe instead of coming on here to **** about something maybe look it up.
Stop being a Lazy Player and DO CONTENT to get XP. It’s as simple as that. Stop complaining on the forums because you’re too lazy.
Yeeeep, Lazy Players usually get the materials for their first r5 in 4 months from account creation ftp, don't they?

It's so funny when people just lie
That explains so much. You're the hero we didn't know we needed @JustWantTheRewards

What the heck is wrong with you? After my slightly sarcastic replay not even to you, you started just straight up insulting me in every message
I have been playing for 5 years (2 year break from December 2020 to oct 2022) and i just managed to get my first r5. I am lvl 55 with 1,400,00 rating and para with 6 7*s. I find it funny how kabam make r5s ez to get, but you beed to grind to get to lvl 60. Crazy

I’m not sure it really needs more 3 years (taking into account the break) to get reach level 60. But it’s supposed to act as an incentive to play content, get more XP and level up, or to buy the sigil to inflate your inventory capacity.
Although now act 4’s been shortened again we’ll likely see more of these types of post in the future, people speeding through act content but not levelling up that fast anymore.
Another side effect of Kabam making this game too easy. Mainly you will never be as good as players who started act 6 the day it came out but you would damn near hit level 60 just exploring act 4 in its original form. Back when most paths took TWO energy refills to complete.
OG Act 4 was so insane, I still remember being completely annoyed bc the paths just never ended. You thought you did it but no, look! Another 3 fights
I'm an FTP player and after 4 months finally gathered resources for my first r5. But I have to pay 10 buck for a useless sigil because the mats just don't fit in my inventory because of the level? Seriously? I am no stranger to acts, explored 1 to 4 and 8, now exploring act 7. I got Paragon, explored all hardest quests with relevant rewards, but I have to pay money or my T6CC will probably burn out. What's the point of even having a limit of 2 on them if you can't use them anywhere in that amount?
It's by design that you can't r5 a 6* unless you're max level. The way I see it, you're just rushing through the game, rather than taking your time to enjoy the content.
Its funny... the easiest way to level up in the past was... exploring the tedious paths of Act 4.
Kabam then... removes that tedium.
What's left: Level < 60 summoners who want to R5 a champion.
I will say I think its BS that such a catalyst could expire... but at the same time... I do believe that the game is about progression, and there should be some limits that an early account can't immediately have a champion so powerful you can auto-fight your way through a lot of the content.
That said... if this is your priority: Use a few energy refills... put your rank 4 champion in Act 4... and autofight... pop a few expiernece boosts that come all too easily... and you'll be there in a couple hours. You've probably spent almost as long posting/reading this post as it would have taken to do it.

Lets not keep insulting as ur derailing the topic and the thread be closed down
It needs to be closed down because op is to stupid to understand the game.
All he asked was that why under level 60 do u have to spend $10 to r5 a 6 then insults started when someone could have gave a straight answer
Coolspidey gave a good and short and non-sarcastic answer and OP kept blowing it up from there.
Ok, one more time. I knew I needed to be a higher level, as I explicitly state in the original post. The main point is that after camping milestones introduction lvl system is just rudiment with no actual point. The only thing it does is add a small paywall, which gets bigger as T6CC availability increases. Sooner or later it's going to have to be changed anyway because it's going to get absurd. The point of the post was to show that there is already such a problem right now
I sympathize to some degree, whether the inventory limits are proper for the current accelerated economy or not is an open question. However, that's not under the control of the player. What is under the control of the player is proper game management. Everything in the game has requirements and prerequisites that the player is intended to navigate. If you have too much of this and not enough of that and fail to take necessary balancing actions, you can find yourself losing rewards to expiration that you can't use because you're missing something you need. If there's a prerequisite you don't have, you're supposed to expend effort to acquire it before you need it. This includes roster elements, levels, mastery points, resources, whatever.
MCOC is not a sandbox. It isn't designed to be a playground where everyone can play however they want and still get everything they want. It is a progressional game with structured progressional requirements. And the player doesn't get to decide which progressional requirements are worth their time and which ones are not. You must have seen the inventory problem coming from a mile away and yet chose to continue to play as if that was someone else's problem to solve for you, not a problem for you to solve for yourself. You played as if you get to decide what's worth your time and what isn't, and the game would reconfigure itself around your preferences.
You were wrong. Game management is a skill no different from intercepting. If you can't intercept to beat a fight, you're supposed to learn how to do it. You aren't supposed to advocate for the removal of that requirement because it is not fun to learn how to do it. If you need more inventory slots and the game gives you a way to get them, you're supposed to do that, whatever that is, especially when it is a thing everyone else has had to do over the years.
