Best Champs for a deep Incursion run

Hey guys! Aside from some of the obvious choices like Herc and Thing, who are you guys using to do your runs? I'm trying to do a final push this week to get as far as I can (current best is zone 12), but I'm not sure who else is most useful.

Galan, Odin, Angela. Swap Galan for another angela synergy after giving her herald

Galan with buff cornucopia and the node that increases damage by 4% per buff. He hits like a truck and is constantly getting healing buffs to keep him topped off. Odin’s preflight helps but isn’t needed.

Just made it through room 25 today. Aside from Herc (with Odin and Galan pre-fights + Heimdall synergy), Omega Sentinel was clutch. I used her in situations where nullify was in play or I needed her heal block or miss counter abilities.

One note: definitely look at all nodes in a new room before moving up and be ready to improvise. There was a Mephisto boss around room 20 where I had to swap out Heimdall for Torch, then bring back a 5* Heimdall. (That synergy saved me so many revives.)

My team has been Herc, Heimdall and Cassie since the event began. Everyone's been using Herc and Heimdall so not surprising at all but Cassie (with martial artist and strategic movement hacks which are also really good for Herc + any power sting hacks) has been surprisingly great for those annoying mystics Herc can't do.

This event has really made me wish I had Cassie and Silk. And Photon.
