What is Level up évent time for reset ?

Someone knows exactly how much time between 2 level up évent is there ?
For me it’s almost 4 days but it would want to know if you have something more précise

    The cycle is LAEH. Level up, arena wins, eq completion, hero use. So always about that time

    Cycle is different for players of different Progression titles.
    But within that it is fixed every 4 days.
    *well, not exactly a “day”, as they are 22 hour events, with between 15-30 minutes delay before next one each “day”.
    So the exact starting time does get a little earlier every day, by about 1hr 30min and 1hr 45min earlier start each day.
