Where's the trade in selector?

Where's the trade in selector, I've been casually accumulating some extra crystals waiting for this as they said September 6. I saw the 7star selector and I'm not Paragon so it literally has nothing to do with me, where's the one that concerns me now?

I heard you have to be paragon to trade in any tokens? Not certain tho
