I'm a Cav player working towards my first r3 and I have equal amounts of fragments for most classes, I'm wondering who i should r3 so that I can focus on one particular class fragments for t5cc. All unawakened champs.

I'd go CGR from this list, R3 is his sweet spot for the Slayer rotation where as at R2 you're a bit short for the Sp2.
